About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a leading role in shaping the design and user experience across our iOS and web platforms. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with our design team, engineers, researchers, and strategists, you will drive UX strategy, craft interaction patterns, and own the development of cohesive, intuitive, and visually engaging product experiences. We’re seeking designers with deep experience, ideally someone who has shipped live products, worked cross-functionally and can think both strategically and in high fidelity. You will have an opportunity to make a direct impact on the evolution of an AI-powered platform and help bring our mission-driven product to life. We're open to candidates who specialize in either iOS or Web, or those who are comfortable contributing across both. Responsibilites

Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across iOS and/or web platforms.
Drive and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across touchpoints.
Translate product strategy and research insights into thoughtful, intuitive design solutions.
Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and strategists to guide product direction and design execution.
Own the end-to-end design process, from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design standards.
Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers and interns.
Ensure smooth handoff and collaboration with engineers for seamless implementation.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, especially those related to AI and human-centered digital experiences.

Requirements

Core

4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or Interaction Design.
Proven track record of shipping live digital products across web and/or mobile platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and design execution.
Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UX patterns.
Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
Strategic thinker who can also execute detailed, high-quality visual and interaction design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for mission-driven work and making tech more inclusive.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI-driven or data-informed digital products.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts and design handoff tools.
Ability to contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Experience designing for early-stage startups or MVPs.
