About the Role

As an Project Management Intern at Mondai by Rita, you’ll support the planning, organization, and execution of projects in coordination of the other Project Managers. This role will work directly with the team's Product Lead, where you’ll support the workflows, dependencies, and deliverables that bring Mondai by Rita’s systems to life. You will partner with the other Project Management Interns to align on and coordinate efforts - then represent a unified vision to the Product Lead.

This isn’t about checking boxes, it’s about building clarity and flow in a highly technical, experimental space. You’ll help keep efforts like roadmap awareness and alignment, planning of ceremonies, and project communications organized and on track while fostering collaboration between cross-functional team members.

Responsibilites

Manage projects across the Focus Teams, including Intelligence Experience Focus Team and Build Experience Focus Team.
Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, and documentation for MVP efforts.
Facilitate collaboration between engineers, designers, and AI strategists to ensure alignment across teams.
Monitor progress and milestones, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and transparently.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership on risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Experiment with AI-enabled PM tools to streamline tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Act as a central connector, ensuring engineering efforts integrate seamlessly with Mondai by Rita’s product roadmap.

Requirements

Relevant experience in project management, operations, or related roles - preferably within AI, tech, or product environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with basic product concepts is highly desirable.
Experience with project management tools like Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Eagerness to adopt AI tools and new methodologies for project management.
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving, and experimental environment.
