About the Role

As a Mid-Senior Designer at Rita Co. you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Rita Co, Mondai by Rita, and Studio by Rita. You’ll create compelling, boundary-pushing designs across digital, print, and motion, ensuring consistency while bringing fresh creative energy to each project. Beyond execution, you’ll also contribute to creative strategy, mentor junior designers, and help set the standard for design excellence across the organization.

This is an opportunity for an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, culture, and innovation, and who’s excited to experiment with new formats and platforms while keeping Rita’s voice clear and consistent.

Responsibilites

Contribute to creative strategy, concept development, and multi-channel campaigns.
Design and produce visual assets across digital, print, and motion.
Ensure brand consistency while exploring bold, innovative creative approaches.
Create and optimize assets for social media, marketing, and digital platforms.
Develop and execute motion graphics and animations for various platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, product teams, and leadership.
Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers, supporting their growth.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements

5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual and motion design work.
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects/motion graphics capabilities, and Figma experience.
Experience with UI/UX design principles and digital-first design practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Familiarity with Notion and AI-powered creative tools is preferred.
