About the Role

As a Design Intern at Rita Group, you’ll support the creative team in producing design assets that bring Rita’s brand and identity to life across Rita Co, Mondai by Rita, and Studio by Rita. You’ll gain hands-on experience creating for a wide range of platforms, from social media to digital, while learning directly from mid-senior designers and working with a project manager and the rest of the creative team.

This role is designed for a student or early-career designer who has strong fundamentals, an eagerness to learn, and a drive to grow into a versatile creative professional.

Responsibilites

Support the design team in producing visual assets across digital, social, and print.
Assist with the development of graphics for marketing, campaigns, and internal projects.
Maintain consistency across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with Rita’s identity.
Take direction and implement feedback in a timely and thoughtful way.
Collaborate with other designers, project managers, and leadership on creative projects.
Create social media graphics and marketing collateral following brand guidelines.
Handle basic animation and motion design tasks under mentorship.
Manage multiple small projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

A student currently enrolled in a graphic design program or a similar major as a junior or senior
Examples of work in the form of a portfolio or school projects demonstrating skills
A good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Basic understanding of motion design principles and tools.
Ability to take feedback and translate it into design improvements.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is preferred.
